Garlic Ranch Potatoes

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs baby Yukon or russet potatoes, sliced in half
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • onion flakes
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • Chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • red pepper flakes
  • fresh chopped parsley

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Toss all ingredients together.
  3. Spread potatoes on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 55 minutes.
